The parish thrives on the generosity of its members and visitors to fulfill its annual ministry objectives. One of the benchmarks of a healthy parish is that at least 70% of its annual operating budget comes from freewill offerings. This parish exceeds that benchmark. We are also fortunate to have a capital reserve, but the income from it covers less than 10% of our annual budget, which is as it should be.
If you would like to make a donation to the Church of the Redeemer, or if you would like to learn more about volunteer opportunities, please call the church office at 416-922-4948. Cheques may be mailed to:

There are four ways you can support this ministry.
Gifts of Stock/Mutual Fund Units
Shares and mutual fund units are generally thought of as a tool to facilitate a bequest or planned gift. However, there are circumstances where an annual donor may wish to use the gift of stock or mutual fund units. Recent changes to tax law have eliminated the taxation on capital gains for appreciated securities. You may prefer the convenience of a monthly pre-authorized remittance (PAR), or a cheque in the offering envelope, but with proper planning, gifting appreciated shares or mutual fund units instead could save you some additional money on your tax return.
If this is of interest to you, consult your professional advisor and the church for advice on how to proceed. You can download the diocesan donation form here. The Diocese will remit the proceeds to the parish electronically. If the value of your shares/units is more than you feel comfortable donating to the parish, please let us know. There is a way to make gifts to multiple charities, and we can help you do that.
