Each day, Monday through Friday, for more than 40 weeks of the year, the Church of the Redeemer, through our drop-in program, offers a welcoming space for all who are tired, struggling with economic or health challenges, who are homeless, living in shelters or under-housed, or those looking for a place to belong, find healing, make friends, and be valued. A beloved tradition in our community is the annual reading of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol in support of the program. This story of transformation and hope is a wonderful illustration of what we experience within the drop-in. This year’s reading is on Sunday, December 10 at 2:30pm and tickets are available through this website or at church on Sunday mornings. We hope you’ll join us in supporting this important ministry in our community. Details about the readers and tickets are available here.
