SUMMARY:A Cozy Christmas Eve - at a New Time!
DESCRIPTION:This year our early Christmas Eve service is even earlier at 3 PM. All are encouraged to wear your coziest\, most comfortable clothing – yes\, even your Christmasy PJs! Together\, we share in recalling the birth of the baby Jesus through story\, carols and the Eucharist. This service is for all ages from babies to seniors and everyone in between. \nAs is our custom\, we gather both in the church building and through the live stream on our YouTube channel. \nAs we move into a season where colds and viruses increase\, wearing a mask in the church is welcomed as part of our care for one another. \n \nOur ability to continue to offer outreach support through the Common Table and prayerful presence to the whole community is possible thanks to the generous donations of parishioners and friends of the community. If you would like to share in this on-going work\, your gifts are gratefully received. Thank you for your generosity.

DESCRIPTION:Grief\, stress\, financial pressures\, and unhappy memories of Christmases past can make the Christmas Season an especially difficult time for many people. Sometimes it is helpful to take a break from the hype and boisterous noise of the season. We invite those who might find it hard to feel celebratory and joyful at this time of year to attend Blue Christmas and take some time for prayer\, story\, song\, and reflection. Come and find comfort\, stillness\, and peace in the Christmas story. \nThe service will also be available through YouTube. \nWhile in the church building\, wearing a mask is welcomed and encouraged. \nThings you will need for the service: The Bulletin for Blue Christmas \nIf you are joining from home\, you may want to have a candle to light during the service. \n \n  \n  \n
