On June 9, 2018, the Diocese of Toronto will elect a Coadjutor Bishop who will become the 12th Diocesan Bishop. In preparation for this, on June 1 all clergy and lay people in the Diocese of Toronto have been called to engage in a day of prayer and fasting, uniting together in shared sacrificial listening for the voice of the Holy Spirit. At the Church of the Redeemer, the mid-day service at 12.15PM will focus on asking the guidance of the Spirit in electing our new bishop.
If you are unable to attend the service and wish to participate, the Diocese of Toronto has suggested ways you might participate in this day. Details are available here.
