Thinking of stopping by?
Here are some things we thought might help you feel at home:
An Inclusive Community
We are followers of Jesus from all walks of life—children, young adults, families, and seniors. We are long-time members and first-time visitors, people rooted in deep faith and those still searching, people shaped by many traditions and those seeking fresh spiritual connection.
You are welcome here as you are. We are not limited by ability, age, economic status, ethnicity, gender identity, personal history, or sexual orientation. Our community is strengthened by our differences, and we're committed to honouring each person's unique story and gifts.
Which service should I chose?
We have multiple ways to worship each week because we believe the sacred speaks to different people in different ways.
Sunday mornings at 9 AM (Online via Zoom): Connect from wherever you are. This service includes music, readings, prayers, a homily, and spiritual communion. Stay afterwards for conversation.
Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM (In the Church): Our main gathering, friendly and relaxed. Music ranges from classical to contemporary—organ, piano, guitar, choir, and voices joining together. The service lasts just over an hour, followed by coffee, cookies, and real conversation.
Sunday at 4 PM (Evening Worship) Varied contemplative experiences: meditative Taizé services, sacred music with our choir, and contemporary worship. A different rhythm for a different part of your week.
What happens during worship?
Don't worry—you'll be guided. Whether you understand every word or none at all, you belong in this space. When you arrive, a greeter will offer you an order of service with everything you need. Sit wherever feels comfortable and simply relax. Our services weave together:
- Singing – voices raised in music, old and new
- Listening and reflection – a homily that speaks to both heart and mind
- Prayer – spoken and silent
- Meaningful rituals – including the Eucharist (Communion), which you're welcome to participate in or observe
Beginners are always welcome.
It may look like everyone knows exactly what to say and when to say it, but we're real, not perfect.
We stumble through services together, ask questions that don't have easy answers, and believe that authentic faith is messier and more honest than perfect performance. We suspect you'd rather that, too.
There's no script you need to memorize, no right way to pray, no background knowledge required. Just come as you are.
Kids and Youth
Our 10:30 AM service is designed to welcome families. We have activities and resources for kids and teens, whether in worship, in their time together exploring questions of faith, or with the youth group.
Lor, our minister for children, youth and families, looks forward to welcoming you. Ask a greeter where the children gather, and we'll make certain you are connected.
