Honouring Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls

Today our bell will toll 13 times to honour missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. Two red dresses will be hung on the church doors to symbolize and honour those who are missing and murdered, family members, friends and survivors. We toll the bell 13 times for each of the moon cycles.

By making our bell heard throughout our community, we hope to spread more awareness of this issue during national Indigenous history month.
