Honouring Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls
Each Monday at noon, beginning on Monday, May 31 to the end of June, our bell will toll seven times, every four seconds, to honour missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. By making our bell heard throughout our community, we hope to spread more awareness of this issue during national Indigenous history month. More information is here.

Parish Pilgrimage Walk
The Becoming Pilgrims group invites all to join in the next local pilgrimage. This walk will see us "Beat the Bounds" by walking along our traditional parish boundaries. During the parish bounds pilgrimage, will pause at points along the way, noting who our neighbours are, and praying for them. Two red dresses will be hung on the church doors to symbolize and honour those who are missing and murdered, family members, friends and survivors. We toll the bell 13 times for each of the moon cycles. By making our bell heard throughout our community, we hope to spread more awareness of this issue during national Indigenous history month.
