Weddings, baptisms, funerals (Simple Alternative)

Across centuries and cultures, people have gathered in sacred traditions to mark significant events in life. At Redeemer, we welcome you to share these milestones with us.

Weddings

Your wedding day is a special event in your life. We welcome the opportunity to marry both members and non-members seeking a Christian ceremony, including same sex couples. If you are interested in being married at our church, please get in touch so we can begin the conversation, and we encourage you to read our friendly weddings handbook.

Baptisms

In baptism we are a new creation, born into the life of the church. Although we continue the Anglican tradition of baptizing infants and young children, it is also increasingly common for those who have those who come to—or renew—their faith as adults. If you are interested in baptism for yourself or your child, please get in touch. Adults interested in preparing for baptism or confirming their baptismal vows will want to learn more about our Catachesis program.

Funerals

We seek to be a source of support when a death unfolds, for the dying as well as family and friends. There are several rites that our priests can provide in the days leading up to and following a death; one of the most significant is the funeral.

We are available to help develop a service—ahead of time or as the need arises—that commemorates and gives thanks for their life. To learn more, please call our office or send us a note.
