We are pleased to introduce our new director of parish operations, Karen Chandler, who will begin her ministry with us on Monday, January 20, 2020. Karen brings over 14 years of human resources generalist experience to the church in the financial services and biotechnology industries.
Married with a 16-year-old son, who is an aspiring chef, Karen is a part-time M.Div. student at Emmanuel College and is involved at her current church both singing in the praise band and as chair of their church council.
In our staff update in November 2019, we said that the director of parish operations will “be a key member of our staff team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our church, including facilities and property management, office services, and the human resources of the parish.” Please make Karen feel welcome as she begins her new role within our Redeemer family.
