NEW! For Sunday, March 29 – the bulletin for the 7PM recorded service is available: Lent5A
UPDATED WITH VIDEO: On Sunday, March 22, we uploaded a recorded evening worship service to Facebook as a means for the community to gather in worship. Many of our pastoral team participated in this service of word and song.
The bulletin for the service:
The service for Lent 4
We worship together while apart. This liturgy for the fourth Sunday in Lent offers us an opportunity to come together to hear readings from scripture and a sermon, to sing together and to pray together. Join members of our pastoral team for this service. You can find the worship bulletin on our website: https://theredeemer.ca/worshipping-together-while-apart/#worshiptogether #redeemertogether

In an effort to make it possible for us to worship together even if we cannot be in the same space, the first effort at preparing a video form of evening prayer has been posted to our Facebook page. (You can also see the video below.) As we explore the ways to continue doing this, we will update the community and provide links to new opportunities for worship.
The first service is A Service of Light and Evening Prayer found on page 61 of the BAS and continuing on page 66.
Thank you for joining us in worship. For tonight’s Service of Light and Evening Prayer, you can participate by following along in the Book of Alternative Services. The Service of Light is on page 61 and we continue on page 66. Our presider is the Rev’d Roshni Jayawardena and our preacher is the Rev’d Susan Haig. Thank you for joining us in worship. And thank you to Dan, Mike, Jill and Morgan for the music and technical support. If you don’t have a copy of the BAS, you can find it online here: https://www.anglican.ca/wp-content/uploads/BAS.pdf#redeemertogether #worshiptogether
